As the enemy evades this ball, a shadow clone (Kage Shuriken no Jutsu / Shadow Shuriken) of the boar sneaks up to the enemy's behind, then using the Hidden Leaf Ancient Taijutsu Supreme Technique: A Thousand Years of Pain, where the shadow clone of the boar forcefully plunges both his front hoofs into the vicinity of the victim's rectal regions.
